Term of delivery

Payment is required in full prior to shipping. We accept payment via credit card,
Bank transfer or PayPal .

We ship both domestically and internationally. For website orders, domestic shipping rates are calculated automatically based upon weight, size, and ship-to location. For international shipments, please contact us at moroccancraftshop1@gmail.com for a shipping quote. Customs and duties on international shipments are the responsibility of the recipient.

Pricing of products is subject to change without prior notice. Quotes and estimates (including custom projects) will be honored for thirty (30) days from the date issued.

Availability and leadtimes vary based on the collection/product. We are continually updating product inventory online, and make every effort to display current and accurate availability and leadtimes. On the chance that you place an order for something that is not in stock or available within the quoted leadtime, we will notify you promptly, and advise as to revised ship date.

Due to the handmade nature of our products, slight variation is to be excepted and is an inherent and unique part of handmade pieces made from natural materials.

We sell all our products with a commitment to their quality and the belief that they will serve their intended purpose. The customer is responsible for taking into account the particular situation and conditions of the intended install/application.
Any and all defects should be reported immediately when discovered, prior to installation, or processing of any manner. Our liability will not exceed the value of the products in question.

Moroccan Craft wants you to be completely satisfied with your purchase – so if something is not right, please let us know. We do not offer refunds, but if you are not completely satisfied with your order, we will happily exchange your item – or issue a store credit – within 10 days from the date your item is delivered.
