Returns and exchanges
We strive hard to ensure that all our products are made of the highest quality and hope that you are pleased with your purchase.
If, however, you would like to return your order, do contact us within 3 days of receiving it to arrange a refund. We would ask that the item be returned unused and in its original packaging. On receipt of your order we will immediately process your refund.
Please note that:
– Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
-For all orders purchased , a 25% deduction will be made on the refund to cover the cost of shipping the item to you.
-the shipping return must be with DHL messagerie
We would happy to exchange your order for another item in our shop (please note that all shipping costs are met by the buyer)
Please check measurements and photos carefully before purchase. We do our best to convey accurately each item in photos and product description, but please contact us before purchasing if you have any questions.
We accept Paypal which is safe and very easy to use.
You do not need a Paypal account in order to purchase, you can pay with your credit card through the Paypal website.
International buyers should note that they are responsible for any and all brokerage fees, duties and customs charges that may be incurred. (If you live in the US, note that there are NO CUSTOM CHARGES for items sent from Morocco due to a Free Trade Agreement.)

WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE for incorrect shipping addresses – we ship to your registred address – refunds for your order can not be made due to this.
